About Us

Harrison Clarke Chartered Surveyors offers a limited range of service lines, which means that we can be true specialists in our field. Our service lines include technical due diligence (building surveys), party wall, dilapidations, and expert witness. We have a team of highly competent and specialised surveyors who each concentrate on their own area. This allows us to be true experts in everything that we do, offering a premium level service to all clients.

Our staff all receive regular training in excess of that required by our governing body, RICS, so they remain experts in their field. We believe in nurturing our team’s skills, so that they really are able to offer best advice suited to our clients’ unique circumstances.

The team has extensive experience working with a range of clients, from residential purchasers to institutional investor clients, and all sizes of landlords and tenants, whether they own and operate a single unit, or are a multi-national client operating millions or even billions of pounds of real estate assets. The team has experience working with a wide variety of buildings such as industrial, offices, retail, residential and educational facilities.
