Tim Clarke, Director at Harrison Clarke chartered surveyors.

Tim Clarke BSc (Hons) MSc MBA MRICS CMgr FCMI

Tim set up Harrison Clarke Chartered Surveyors in July 2017 following a series of public and private sector surveying roles, having previously worked for the University of Cambridge, Rund Partnership, Goadsby, and CBRE. Tim’s surveying career started in 2006, and he became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2014.

Tim has degrees in building surveying, construction project management, and business administration. Tim is also a Chartered Manager. He specialises in technical due diligence and dilapidations, and heads up the team at Harrison Clarke.

In his spare time, Tim can be found playing trombone for various wind bands and pit orchestras, or walking in the New Forest with his dogs.

Paul Badham, associate director and building surveyor at Harrison Clarke chartered surveyors.

– Associate Director

Paul joined the team at Harrison Clarke in 2021, having previously worked with Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors, Vivid Housing and First Wessex Property Services. Paul first started surveying in 2008, becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2015. 

Paul brings experience from his previous career in shipping, and has a degree in Shipping Operations, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying. Paul is an RICS Registered Expert Witness and is experienced in technical due diligence, dilapidations, party wall, and contract administration.

When not beavering away at work, Paul can normally be found renovating his house, running the occasional 10k or spending time away with his family at their caravan.

Faye Williams, party wall and building surveyor at Harrison Clarke chartered surveyors.

Faye Williams BSc (Hons) MSc MFPWS MRICS – Director

Faye joined Harrison Clarke in 2018 where she worked alongside Tim as his assistant surveyor. Since this time, Faye has been instrumental in shaping the ethos of the company, bringing a personal touch and true client focus to operations. Faye has seen the company move from Tim’s kitchen table to its second office.

Faye found an interest in Party Wall surveying, and became a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors in 2022. Since then, Faye has set out a revolutionary approach to party wall instructions, by focusing on people and relationships, backed up by expert knowledge. Faye’s approach has saved building owners £1,000s in unnecessary party wall fees.

Faye became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2024.

Never happy sitting still, Faye has a number of interests including performing with several musical ensembles, playing guitar, drums and brass instruments, and is very active with the Salvation Army. Faye also spends time out walking with her cockapoo, Lola, keeping fit in the gym with her personal trainer, or building Lego structures.

Samantha Eslinger BSc (Hons) MSc – Assistant Surveyor

Sam joined Harrison Clarke in 2022, bringing experience from previous positions in residential lettings and property management. Sam has completed her master’s degree in building surveying with UCEM and is working toward her Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys good food, musical theatre, and comedy nights. Sam also loves to travel and looks for new experiences and weird museums on her trips. 

Coleen Collins, Office Administrator at Harrison Clarke chartered surveyors.

Coleen Collins – Office Administrator

Coleen joined the team in 2022, having previously worked in different sectors including wealth management, healthcare and education. Coleen supports the surveyors in their daily activities, but most importantly is usually the first person our clients speak with. Coleen deals with incoming enquiries and is able to provide advice on suitable survey types.

Other duties include assisting with special projects, supporting Harrison Clarke’s marketing objectives and organising events, and supporting other business-related activities, normally related around networking. Coleen is responsible for coordinating the majority of our surveyors’ inspections and making sure the surveyors know exactly where they need to be.

Coleen has a number of interests, including baking delicious cakes, attending live music gigs, taking long walks in the New Forest and spending quality time with her family.
