Harrison Clarke was set up in 2017 by Tim Clarke BSc (Hons) MSc MBA MRICS, who has been surveying since 2006. Since then, Tim has been joined by other innovative and experienced surveyors. The team has extensive experience working with a range of clients, from residential purchasers to institutional investor clients, and all sizes of landlords and tenants, whether they own and operate a single unit, or are a multi-national client operating millions or even billions of pounds of real estate assets. The team has experience working with a wide variety of buildings such as industrial, offices, retail, residential and educational facilities. Previous projects have included work to Grade I Listed buildings, state of the art office fit-outs, large industrial refurbishments and mixed use new build developments.
