To meet growing demand, we’re now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who wants to be, and feel, integral to the success of our business. We are a close, loyal and hardworking team and this is reflected in our reward and recognition approach.

Applications are welcomed and encouraged from individuals that are recently chartered, through to director level surveyors, with appropriate remuneration packages available to suit.

Once onboard you’ll focus on inspecting and reporting on a range of properties from one-bedroom flats to multi-million-pound commercial buildings, the majority of which will be based around the South Hampshire region.

However, as part of this varied role there will also be opportunities to further develop your experience of dealing with building surveys, party wall matters and dilapidations, amongst other service lines. Skills & Experience

• AssocRICS qualified surveyor as a minimum, though we would also love to speak with MRICS or FRICS qualified surveyors.
• Attention to detail is a must, identifying issues and defects, as well as providing well considered and appropriate advice on remedial work.
• Excellent people skills.
• Hardworking and driven with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to independently manage and organise your own workload.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with access to personal transport.

• Recent experience in undertaking all listed service lines – desirable
